Indoor Show Car Registration Fee:$70 USD What’s Included:Each registration includes two (2) full-weekend passes for you and a guest. Space Availability:• Up to 135 cars in the main indoor exhibition hall• 35 Lobby Spaces (special arrangement required — see Setup Information) Pre-Registration Required:All indoor vehicles must be pre-registered to guarantee placement. Setup Information for Indoor Show Cars To ensure a smooth and professional indoor show, please review the guidelines below. Lobby Car Placement Lobby spaces are extremely limited and require special arrangements.Call 386-775-2512 to request lobby placement. ✔ Lobby vehicles must arrive Friday at 9:00 AM for coordinated placement. General Setup Friday, March 6, 20269:00 AM – 7:00 PM No Late Setup Policy All vehicles must be positioned and show-ready by Friday evening.For safety and scheduling reasons, no vehicle entry will be allowed after Friday night. Show Rules for Exhibitors • Cars cannot be moved once placed until the show closes Sunday evening after awards.• No refunds will be issued within 30 days of the event (after February 6, 2026).
